Tucker Landmark Article-Detroit Free Press

Hi All,

I hope this is the right forum location for this.

I have a recent one page newspaper article from the Detroit Free Press. The article talks about the proposed construction of a marker in Lincoln Park where Tucker used to have a house. It also talks about listing the location along with other Michigan historic landmarks. It also states that this club is involved in the project.

Does the club have or want a scan of this article for the archives?
I saved the page. Please let me know if you want it scanned or sent to someone.

Thanks. That is our group, Lincoln Park Preservation Alliance, that is working on the project.

In fact, a California Resident read the article and contacted us through his CPA. He donated $1200 to our project. The project is to do research on Tucker's life in Lincoln Park and then a tourism brochure on his life here.
